At Roula Daher Jewelry, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging and collateral materials. Please note that customized and engraved pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Charges
To cover handling and management, a fee of 10% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the original order shipping cost. Please note that return shipping is solely the responsibility of the client — all return shipping costs must be arranged and paid for by the client directly. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item. Please also note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our client services team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once confirmed, carefully repack your item in its original packaging and provide us with the tracking number as soon as it has been dispatched.
