Return Policy

You can return your items after maximum 15 days since receival date of the order if you are not satisfied with your order and if it is still in its original condition. You will get your refund according to the charges mentioned below. This is not applicable for customized or engraved items.

Return Charges:

If you want to return an item you will be charged 10% of the total bill value for the handling fees and management, as well as the order shipping cost.
You will be refunded the amount minus 10% and minus the order shipping cost as soon as we receive the item and check its condition.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will not proceed with the refund if we do not receive the item.
All sales item purchases are final and will not be eligible for a return.

How to proceed with a return:

To initiate a return kindly contact us with the order number and the reason of return. Repack your order including all the original packaging and collateral material and give us the tracking number as soon as you ship it.
